The following is relevant to the teams, 28km, 40km and 65km:
Option 1: ROAM Distillery, Morangup THURSDAY 20th of Nov 3:00-6:00pm. Please note you will need to select the ROAM Distillery pick up when you register.
Option 2: Tribe & Trail, Leederville TUESDAY 18th - THURSDAY 20th of Nov at shop open hours. Please note you will need to select the Tribe & Trail pick up when you register. (NO DROP BAGS)
Option 3: Midland Junction, FRIDAY 21st of Nov 3:00-6:30pm
We have explored offering a postal service but we aren't quite ready for it, possibly next year. The issue comes with timeframes around bibs being made, timing chips etc... We are changing timing systems this year and want to make sure we get that right first. We also have the issue of people still wanting to do drop bags, so they have to come to the venue anyway.

WHY is the briefing the night before rather than morning of the event?
1.) If there are any significant changes to race day we want to give you as much notice as possible. The morning of the event is most likely too late.
2.) There is no phone reception at the start line which makes communicating changes difficult.
3.) There are a lot of you, which means we have to give out a lot of resources.
4.) Bringing the trail community together to feel the hype and good vibes of what is to come!
MANDATORY GEAR CHECK
FYI there will be gear checks on course and if you do not have that item you will not be able to proceed.You can upload photos of your mandatory gear on to the registration portal, pre check-in. Once achieved you will get a completion certificate that you can save to your phone and show at bib pick up.
Alternatively, you can complete your gear check with the crew at Tribe&Trail, in the weeks prior to the event, they will also be present at the bib pick up.
RACE PACK PICK UP
Friday 21st of August 15:00 - 18:30pm
Please come in to pick up your race bib and timing chip. We will be taking photos of the runners and using them on your race profile. Another great reason to get your whole team to the briefing.

EVENT MANDATORY BRIEFING

Your event directors Shane and Mitch will give you some final updates on the course and requirements. Please note that all team members are recommended to attend. This will be done via a short video clip that you will watch for 10 minutes in the lecture theatre before exiting.
DROP BAGS

Drop of your clearly labelled (Name / Bib Number / Location) drop bag in the designated zones.
We offer a drop bag service for all the aid stations and finish line for all distances.
CARB LOADING

We have a Pizza van that will be at the venue. These pizzas are sensational! Sit around enjoy some tunes and good vibes.
Then hopefully a good nights sleep before the big adventure!
